The Prize Status
A Prize Status represents the current status of a Prize within the customers internal workflow. A Prize must have a Prize Status when it's created and at all times. Prize Statuses can be used to customise the behaviour of prizes, such as what actions can and cant be taken on them, and can also be used to deliver SMS and Email notifications through Notification Rules.
All new Audata Promo instances come with a range of default Prize Statuses, but customers can create new statuses, or customise the defaults, to suit their workflow.
